Launch of Questia Writing Center set for August 26th

As a college student, there are many challenges you face on a daily basis, ranging from lack of sleep to juggling a full-time class schedule with a part- or full-time work schedule. There never seems to be enough hours in the day, and while there is no way to change that (at least not that I’m aware of!), Questia is here to make your college experience a little bit easier with our NEW Writing Center. Because, College is hard… Writing research papers doesn’t have to be!

What is the Questia Writing Center?

On August 26, 2014, the Questia Writing Center will go live at The primary goal of the Writing Center is to help college students complete specific tasks from the research paper writing process. Here are a few of the tools that students will be able to utilize with the Writing Resource Center:

  • Topic/Source Generator
  • Thesis Generator
  • Outline Creator
  • Integrated Project folder

How will this help you write better research papers faster?

Regardless of your experience with writing college research papers, Questia is here to help. If students feel intimidated by the research paper process, the Writing Center is a great source of guidance to lead them through the process step-by-step. This is also especially helpful for those who may not have the time to connect with their professor or teaching assistant for feedback on what should or should not be included.

Those college students who happen to be skilled research paper writers can use the Writing Center to improve efficiency in their process of writing research papers.

      What’s great about the Writing Center is that it shares 9 writing steps, which tell you what you need to do next once you have found your theme. If you need help finding credible sources, you can also head straight to Questia’s library where you’ll find more than 83,000 books and 10 million articles from a wide range of topics. We have many to choose from in the Lit field. Good luck!
